CHOOSE THE HELP YOUR PROPERTY NEEDS

Repairs, water removal,
or drying equipment.

Start with the work you need. We confirm the property conditions, schedule and price before you authorize a visit or equipment placement.

Specialized structural drying, sewage cleanup, mold or asbestos remediation, and clearance require qualified providers. AWC’s equipment support does not certify a dry or safe building.

COMPLIMENTARY FIRST LOOK

Show us the damage.
Know your next step.

Photo review, usually the same day. Text photos and the property address so we can review the visible condition and discuss what may be needed.

Prefer an onsite look? Request a complimentary 15-minute site walk, typically within 48 hours. The appointment depends on your address, access and availability.

This is an initial visual review of the damage and next steps. It does not include invasive investigation, moisture testing, clearance or repair work. Any chargeable investigation or work requires separate approval.

COMMERCIAL DEHUMIDIFIER RENTALS

The water is out.
Plan the drying support.

AWC has two commercial dehumidifiers for suitable drying jobs. Request equipment after the source, standing water and contamination concerns are addressed.

We confirm inventory, delivery, safe setup, rental duration, pickup and price together. Concealed moisture or specialist drying requirements need the appropriate provider.

BEFORE YOU AUTHORIZE WORK

A few practical answers.

Can you respond to active flooding?

Emergency water removal depends on the property conditions and an available crew. Call the emergency availability line at 707-343-6753, or send a request with the address, water source, affected areas and any known hazards. We confirm availability, scope, price and a proposed arrival window before accepting the call. A call or form does not automatically dispatch a crew.

Do you provide structural drying and full restoration?

AWC provides assessed water removal, limited commercial dehumidification support, and separately scoped construction repairs. Specialized structural drying, moisture mapping, contamination cleanup, and clearance need appropriately qualified providers. We confirm the right scope before work begins.

What happens after the water is removed?

The water source, cleanup needs, affected materials, and drying requirements must be resolved. Once the property is ready for construction, AWC can quote repairs to drywall, framing, finishes, stucco, waterproofing, decks, balconies, and related details.

What is complimentary, and what is chargeable?

Start with a complimentary photo review, usually the same day, or request a 15-minute site walk, typically within 48 hours. Timing depends on the property address and confirmed availability. This is an initial visual review of the damage and next steps. It does not include invasive investigation, moisture testing, clearance or repair work. Any chargeable investigation or work requires separate approval. The two-person emergency labor minimum is $2,480: $310 per person per hour, two people, and a four-hour minimum. Additional labor, equipment, materials and any other job charges are confirmed before approval. Dehumidifier rental terms and construction repairs are quoted separately.

Which locations can request service?

This site accepts inquiries for Newport Beach, Balboa Peninsula, Lido Island, and Long Beach. Long Beach is in Los Angeles County. Coverage and availability are confirmed using the property address before a visit is offered.
