Construction repairs that follow the water path
AWC’s work includes multi-trade property repairs, stucco, waterproofing, decks, balconies, framing, plumbing-related building repairs, drywall, paint, and concrete. We document the affected areas and define repair boundaries before construction is approved.
This site accepts Orange County and Long Beach inquiries. Actual coverage, travel, access, equipment, and crew availability are confirmed for each property. We do not claim a local office or round-the-clock staffing.
A defined boundary for water-response work
AWC reviews localized standing-water removal and limited commercial dehumidification support. Specialized structural drying, moisture mapping, contaminated-water cleanup, sewage, mold, asbestos, hazardous materials, and clearance need appropriately qualified providers.
Do not treat a pump-out or equipment placement as proof that a building is dry, sanitary, mold-free, or safe to occupy. Construction repairs follow source correction and any required specialist work.
Approve the work before it starts
Start with a complimentary photo review, usually the same day, or request a 15-minute site walk, typically within 48 hours. Timing depends on the property address and confirmed availability. This is an initial visual review of the damage and next steps. It does not include invasive investigation, moisture testing, clearance or repair work. Any chargeable investigation or work requires separate approval. Emergency work needs its own confirmed scope and pricing.
A request is not a dispatch, appointment, contract, or payment authorization. Hidden conditions and scope changes may require a written change order.
